Feedback extortion!
 

Hi everyone,

I haven't been around for a long time as I've been very busy.

I've been flying on eBay recently but I would like to know something.

I've encounted 2 negative feedbacks I've asked customers to ship items back which they did I refunded them plus postage costs.

They also changed feedback for me.

Is this known as feedback extortion? I'm happy with the change of feedback but I don't want to be punished by eBay for having 2 negative feedbacks changed to 2 positive feedbacks.

You just never know with eBay so any help would be much appreciated.

No, that's not feedback extortion. Feedback Extortion is when a buyer tells you they will change feedback if you give them their money back and keep the item or something similar.

Thanks guys I really do appreciate the kind words its been a long road but I'm defiantly getting their now thanks for always replying to me :)
