Ebay wants me to call them..
 

Ebay temporarily froze all my selling abilities and says I need to call them to verify some account info.

I recently updated my Tax ID /EIN to paypal had no problems there. changed the ebay account to match the Business name as my paypal is now a business account.

Will they basically just ask me for general information ? will they want my ssn# or ID?

I had this happen once before but they just wanted ID and some documents and then the account was back to normal. They had me submit the documents online , they did not call me or ask me to call them.

If it helps I am about to hit powerseller status on my next monthly review.

You either call in or you remain limited. Nobody knows for sure what they will ask but it sounds like they want to make sure the account is not hacked.

Not like you have much to lose. Might as well just call them. They usually just want to verify your information. 2 minute call.

The time it happened to you before OP...was it the same account or...?

Try rehearsing with someone if you dont feel too confident.
