It happened to me, the buyer later said that they left it in mistake.

Then they didn't respond to my 10 messages asking tor revise it or the revision request.

Called eBay, they sorted it.

I would never use a list that was posted online. However, I do use the same list between all of my accounts. Users that I have personally blocked.

If they can make a new buyer account, they can probably make a new paypal account

Your going to just have to block the buyers and eat the loss. Its just part of the package.

Every business has losses it needs to account for, a shop has theft on a daily basis, an e-shop also has theft, just like this.
