Responding to customers through Gmail or Hotmail

Wanted to ask if it's safe to respond to customers from multiple accounts directly from Hotmail or Gmail app since It's a huge pain to keep relogging into multiple accounts and changing IPS to respond to questions is it possible to do it directly from email and stay safe using 1 op to respond to multiple customers from multiple accs

Is there a third party app you recommend to use?

Threw in the below amazon thread. Principles are pretty much the same

Read the threads. Ask more questions BEFORE you make any changes.

I find that saves making errors that cause panic attacks.

Using Gmail app is fine. Make sure images is turned off by logging into settings on a desktop.

Other provided such as outlook, where you cannot even turn off the images, I woud avoid. These can be used to read your IP.

Yes, I have used Gmail and Yahoo to do this for a long time, no issues on any of the accounts.

the reply will not go to their ebay account?
itll go to their e-mail account.

and they may not read it.

you can not send a message to a ebay account without being logged into ebay.
