Buyer paid for item but doesnt want it anymore

Best course of action?
Should I open an unpaid case?
I already paid for there shipping label $10 too...

why did you buy shipping for an unpaid item?

Action Plan:
1) cancel/void the label.
2) Turn on unpaid Item Assistant
3) Edit Unpaid Item Assistant setting to open 2 days after purchase and close 3 days after a case is opened.
4) Remember to never buy shipping for unpaid items

This is simple. Refund and cancel the order and then cancel the shipping label. You do know they refund those, right?

Personally, i dont ever buy shipping anymore prior to payment. Over the years i have found that in the long run it just wastes more of my time having to cancel the shipping for non-payers than the time saved getting a jump on shipping. I figure that if the buyer wants the item on time, they will pay in a timely manner.

you cannot open an unpaid item case for an item that has been paid for.

You can only cancel the order, and the buyer can still leave feedback.
