+1, when creating multiple stealths with the same procedure, all names were ⊗⊗⊗⊗, and if you create from GV it is 100% - 0-0. When creating ebay, then attach fully verified pp, afterwards only creating selling eb acct, than your chances of non-0-0 are like 80-90%, but still 10-20% will be wasted since they cannot find you on public records
