Can you use the card used to verify the account to buy on a new stealth account?

You can use it to confirm a PayPal after its been bank verified

You can then buy things on eBay using the funds on the Entropay card yes

Do you mean verify with one account then buy with same card on a separate stealth account?

No, that would create a link.

Each entropay card should be used for each (stealth) paypal without making a link.

BUT! From your main entropay account you can create another virtual card to use elsewhere.

You should NOT use the same Entropay card across accounts....
