This is what one buyer send to me."Sorry for any inconvenience but i don t like the product ive tried it for a couple days and cant get use to it compared to my old one it feels too small for my hands, it will be sent back in perfect condition thank you". He has initiate a refund. and he has already opened it,just because he is not use to it,he is complaining and want a refund.

Welcome to the forum. Without more info as to how much the product costs, how old your account is, have you looked at the buyer's fb? and if it's stealth and a lot more but I always say it's the cost of doing business with stealth because it's not worth drawing attention or getting bad fb. Always your decision as to how you offer customer service but I give them pretty much what they want.

Thats for the reply .Its my main account and its just 3 month with 25 feedback. i sold it to him for £95. once he open it i cant sell it as new again. Should i follow it up and have a word with ebay?

Contact ebay, tell them for hygiene reasons you cannot resell this, and that the item has been used by the buyer. They should side with you on this one.
Use the message from the buyer to backup your case.
