Can I downgrade shipping carrier if it reaches in same amount of time?
I usually choose a non-committal 'standard shipping' or 'expedited shipping' since I include free shipping. This time I guess I selected priority.
Customer ordered from rural Montana, where even priority takes 4-6 days. Can I fedex or ups it if it gets there within the shipping metric?
It's an account they limited and I'm phasing out, and have some room for error in the shipping metric section
