buyer doesn't read item description and request return.
 

This is insect net for canopy and I dropship from walmart. The photo certainly shows the insect net with canopy like the source. Customer didn't read description and request return for item not as described :mad: That's mean I have to pay for shipping fee. Does it affect my performance seller? This is a stealth account so I could only sell about 15 item/ month.

It won't affect (effect?) anything as long the return is processed smoothly.

Because the description isn't shown on mobile devices without an extra click, and 80% of sales come from mobile devices.

You have to use the space you're given in the title/subtitle wisely these days..

It is rediculous, I have told customers in the past to pound salt. Now I'm limited. It is not fair at all, there should be a comprehension and vision test to purchase on eBay. An iq test wouldn't hurt either.
