This is insect net for canopy and I dropship from walmart. The photo certainly shows the insect net with canopy like the source. Customer didn't read description and request return for item not as described That's mean I have to pay for shipping fee. Does it affect my performance seller? This is a stealth account so I could only sell about 15 item/ month.

It is rediculous, I have told customers in the past to pound salt. Now I'm limited. It is not fair at all, there should be a comprehension and vision test to purchase on eBay. An iq test wouldn't hurt either.
