So i'm thinking of buying a Linux vps to setup a new stealth account. I wanted to ask is it possible to do this on a Linux vps and if it is which os to install etc anyone who has been using a Linux vps for their stealth business please advice on how to set this up and if you recommend any host

You can stealth from any OS, the basic principles are all the same. I run an Ubuntu VMWare, I don't see why you couldn't run a similar OS on your VPS.
