But if you're in the position to call them they will track down the payment, add the old email to your account, move/add the payment, and remove the email when finished. I did that on my real account for several payments once. When it happened again in the future, the rep didn't know that trick, but when I told her what was done in the past she said 'that's a good idea' and did it instantly for me, no problem.
In both of my cases, i didn't even notice, I sent the item, an as much as 30 days had passed and they were still able to help me. |
