eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - upgrading to a business account

I gave them a call again, they said they would escalate it to higer-ups so they could review the account (or do similar kind of ****) and they will call me back within 7 days.

What are the chances they will leave me with business account?

It's been more than a month no one called me or emailed me back. I subscribed to a shop plan. It is like a personal account. You get free listings.

I personally would not want this kind of attention on my account.

why is that? I know that it may cause some problems, but is not it stupid to be afraid to call them and ask for assistance?

How does things work with when you upgrade to business it asks do you want to make a separate business account or just upgrade your current. If you create separately does that mean the transaction history and everything just goes back to 0 and has limitation or is it linked still with the main?

you have to upgrade PP account separately

So, is not it prohibited to list exactly the same listing on ebay.co.uk and ebay.com ?
