Does it look bad to PayPal or eBay when you get a refund because the item doesn't fit,??

Clothing is very subjective.

Many buyers are in complete denial with body issues.

They buy despite likely knowing it might be a no fit.

Your task is to fully describe the item, and be gracious with the buyer.

ebay/paypal look for that, imo.

I always measure used clothing and this helps big time in cutting down on returns. for tops measure length top to bottom, sleeve length, and chest / bust. For pants measure waist, hips, rise, inseam, and length.

I measure each and every piece of clothing too, but still get some returns no matter what. Like others have been saying alot of buyers really dont know their correct size, try it on, doesn't fit and there you go. Online clothing retailers said their return rate is 30% - 40% !
