Free wont be great. You can get a lot of freelancers to design one for you.

Elance - look for a reputable designer, don't pay over the over the odds though.

Your listing could/should be getting good hits if your listing keywords are good, like a website, should compete

I noticed a lot of the guys on fiverr just knick the templates off other websites/designs. This could be classed as copyright infringement and lead to further consequences if you decided to go ahead and use it without the relevant rights. Just be cautious.

There's a huge difference between this and what you would expect when you pay someone to make it for you.

These guys have designed a lot of big ebay seller's templates - Professional eBay Design - Templates by Frooition US

I haven't used them, nor sure if they are still popular. But I remember them from few years back.

True, I had bought couple of things from Fiverr and all were junk, Everythinh I got from them I found by just googling it later on
