To make it a little clearer...after WWII the US dollar became the world's most trusted currency. But over the years the US treasury would either print more money or raise interest rates for the World to pay in many ways.
They came up with the Euro to combat this money blackmail. but still over the years that turned out to be a problem with weak unproductive countries like Greece. All the members of the EU union would have to cover for these weak countries debt.
The Uk is now the first one to say 'screw this'! Other countries will follow weakening the Eurodollar and the alliance. Plus they get to take out cheap loans from the big China Banks! |
