A Little Off topic But....

Has anyone actually tried working or applying for a CS job at eB@y?
everytime the 'Higher' reps and appeals dept are always US reps(on eb.com.. not uk or eu)
I was once speaking to a US rep and he told me he was a seller too....

No, I don't hate my life that much yet, I'm sure if one day I have hit rock bottom....take up drinking, start taking drugs, at the brink of suicide...maybe I would consider applying for a job at eBay.

It must be so easy for those guys to break all the rules,sell all kinds of ph@kes and get away with it.... all the while shut down honest sellers for no valid reason.

They would not sell phakes as that is silly, you're working for them, they could not only sack you but also report you to the authorities.

But in terms of day to day issues like neg ratings and low dsr, im sure they make sure these are kept perfectly mint.

and if you have a full time job working for say, ebay, your selling is pretty limited..... It is a requirement so that they understand how everything works and can help sellers better.

We've had a few member's say they worked for eBay/PayPal and were willing to help forum members out but it never lasted long.

I don't think anyone here is committed enough to go work for eBay/PayPal.

I suspect it's not an easy job.
