Bad dsr or to redund?

This is my second thread on this question. Tapatalk said it was deleted.

I have the merch to ship the buyer but am afraid of the buyer will pencil whip my feedback rating.

Which is better to refund or ship with partial refund and take a chance the buyer may kill my rating?

I get first place best match results every time i list.

Will my dsr still take a hit if i refund?

Why do you think that the buyer will do that?

I dudnt come through on my promise via email that i would ship on a certain day, finally. And a request was made through ebay to ship or refund.

If I can refund without my account taking a bad hit then why not refund?

If I still take some damage refunding and automagically closing the resolution request then I would rather ship and partial refund. I know its my choice I just want to know why I make the choice and its obviously about hurting the account.

I would shoot a email real quick and see if the seller wants to cancel or you to still ship. I know this doesn't answer your dsr question.
