I have sold 6 items over 3 weeks ago, items all mailed an delivered with tracking.. Money all cleared 21 day in PAYPAL. Money is withdrawn from PP an in my bank account, an today i get hit with this.. An by the way the items i sold where sports cards that where Graded by PSA.
