Ebay Vero selling privileges have been temporarily restricted CRAZY

I have sold 6 items over 3 weeks ago, items all mailed an delivered with tracking.. Money all cleared 21 day in PAYPAL. Money is withdrawn from PP an in my bank account, an today i get hit with this.. An by the way the items i sold where sports cards that where Graded by PSA.

After reviewing your eBay account, we've taken the following actions:

The rights holder for the items you are selling doesn't want you selling them and reported you to eBay

That means you cannot sell that same item again on that account

They where sold 3 weeks ago an sent in to psa they slabbed an graded the card.. No such trademark violation at all

They are not saying that the cards are ⊗⊗⊗⊗. They are just saying that they don't want you selling them on eBay

The Vero program is really getting out of hand isn't it, what a f*cking joke.

The right owners police who sells their stuff. If you're not an authorized distributor or re-seller, they may ask eBay to shut you down. It has nothing to do with the items being counterfeit. They want to protect their channels, that's all.

I see what the OP is saying. PSA is an authentication grading service for sports cards. I have absolutely no clue why you would get VERO for these items. I am stumped.

Not that I'm recommending it but I have had temporary restrictions for VERO and listing removed only to sell a similar or the same item months later without any issues.
