Could someone explain when a buyer can leave feedback for me.
For instance,
if we mutually end the transaction, can a buyer leave neg feedback?
If buyer doesn't pay and I inform ebay, can a buyer leave neg feed?
Basically I'm after the different scenarios you can come acoss in eBay (like resolutions etc) and how that affects giving feedback (i.e. a seller or buyer can't leave feed etc).
I hope this makes sense.
Thanks
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
from my experience with some truly sh!t buyers and after speaking directly with ebay over such malicious activity
once a transaction has been opened/started between seller/buyer, feedback is allowed. Even if you jumped through hoops made of fire for some idiot buyer that has ill intent and you sent request to cancel transaction - and they agree to it, bad feedback is still allowed as per ebay policy. THATS A FACT!
I'll let others expand on other feedback scenario's
Yes, they can leave feedback up to 60 days after. There is nothing you can do but leave a note in their feedback explaining their deceit and reply to their negitive they left for you. Some of us have started to leave a universal sign to warn other about the buyer, if you check their feedback. As lond as you don't personally insult them or call them a scammer, it will stand.

If sellers check her feedback at least they will have a warning.
a buyer cant leave neg feedback after you have put an upaid dispute on them, im currently trying to remove a neg feedback, i refunded them and gave them an unpaid strike, probably wont work but worth a try
