Ahhh the joys of dealing with total douche bags. Sigh, i swear to god. His messages to me, pissed me off so much, but i tried to be the proper seller and respond in a manner that was positive and helpful. Here's some dialogue from the douche.

It is the 4th day of my payment and the product
hasn't reached my door yet. And you are not
located far away from my city so it should have
been here 2nd day. At this point I ask you nicely
for a FULL REFUND- no exceptions !!!
Negative feedback will be left for you and I will
immediately open a dispute for this transaction
via Ebay.
Shame on you - you promised will drop in the mail
next day.

My fault, i didn't even remember it didn't ship. I thought i sent out all my items, i'm usually pretty good ,. but ya know with 10 accounts it happens. And i'm a small time seller. Maybe 5-10 items a week go in the mail.

Anyway this is what i replied.

Wow... i was about to reply to you with the tracking # and get a bit of an attitude... BUT i just friggin noticed this was never shipped >< I am SO SORRY, I can refund the money or put it in the mail tomorrow morning. If i put it in the morning, it may be delivered saturday. I TOTALLY understand your frustration. I am so sorry, i was a bit offended by your message. But i can see why you would be so upset. Please let me know what you want me to do. Again i'm sorry!

His response, oh and his name is "Rikard" lawl..

I've already make up my mind - will leave negative
feedback and will dispute the transaction on ebay.
To save us time with the second part you can FULLY
refund my money on my Paypal account.

So any recourse now that i refunded him, he hasn't left the negative feedback yet. I suspect it's coming though.

Back in the day these douche bags wouldn't be so arrogant, because they'd get the ole negative back. He sells stuff too...

and yeah i'm not gonna try to get any funds back from the ebay fees.... maybe he'll just move on.

Really not much you can do, if he doesn't sell things from his account.

The two things I do are is leave the universal warning for sellers to warn them if they ever check his feedback.

And then I use their info to open a stealth account. When it goes down it might take him with it, and at the very least he will get calls form ebay collections when you change to his number, before it goes belly up.

Reporting problems with your buyers

Malicious buying..file a report.

I like the stealth idea, but how do you link the accounts?

Same thing happened to me. I gave refund as soon as he first complained, and he goes "a refund is the least I am expecting." What the **** does he want me to do other then a refund? Go back in time?
