Where do the buyers go to leave feedback?

jerseykat1 11-29-2010 09:13 PM

only thing that needs to change is our ability to leave feedback for buyers. It would help level the paying field again. But we are spending too much time complaining about it. What can we do?

Remind the buyers that we do have there home address and email address. im just saying lol. :deadhorse:

Why not? You can only leave positive so why risk aggravating them, its just feedback

Recently a buyer backed out of a purchase. No big deal, it happens....in fact just about everything happens at one time or another. I filed for cancellation of purchase using the "buyer changed mind" option. He agreed of course.
Now a couple weeks later he leaves me feedback. Lukewarm wording...he said "OK", but at least it was a positive. I wonder how I did on DSR's hahaha? Oh well, no biggie
I didn't know that a buyer could leave feedback after an order was cancelled?

BTW my feedback runs right around 60% and has been like this for years. I only leave feedback after it is left for me, but I don't get into a spat if someone asks first. It's not worth arguing about.

Personally I have it set up to automatically leave feedback for the customer once they pay. For me it is more efficient so that is one less thing I have to do. Usually I will get 3-4 people who leave feedback for me before I even ship their item because they see that I already left feedback for them.
