bought 5cent stamp for feedback but seller charged high shipping
Shipping showed as free but was only free to americans. I'm from canada.
The listing said shipping was worldwide. The guy is obviously selling feedback. He has 11000 feedback. I explained the problem to him and he lowered shipping to 6 dollars. I told him i did not want the item shipped just feedback but now he started an unpaid item case against me. I dont really want an unpaid strike so Im planning to pay for it and I assume he will be happy to cancel because I have the power to leave negative feedback right? Im kind of confused about why he is doing this because he risks bad feedback.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
He probably thinks you are stupid. I wouldn't buy feedback so I guess I wouldn't do this but here's something to send him. Others probably have better advice
This is my last note
This account is not worth $6 unlike your account here I purchased from. It is clearly more valuable to a person. You can appreciate ebay's accounts need to remain in good standing
Thank you,

You can leave negative feedback either way. If you send him what i wrote, then after he greens you send him a very appreciative note thanking him for his generous green and tell him you will now green him.
You can have it sent to the US if you want, just go online to a Chamber of Commerce to get their mailing address and have it sent to the director.
Then he should charge you the right price
The seller is not allowed to request additional funds for the item if the listing stated free shipping at the time of purchase. You can contact eBay regarding this issue, if he is uncooperative.
If you leave him negative feedback, he has a message from you explaining you only want the item for feedback which he can show to eBay, therefore their is a chance he can get the feedback removed. You may also get punished for feedback manipulation.

Hasn't anyone ever thought about the fact that eBay wants to brain wash sellers to consider feedback is more important then making money and selling products? lol They did a great job at this because people are now so caught up into trying to get feedback so they can stay alive they will do anything clever to do it. It's amazing how everyone (sellers) got brain washed and ebay got what they wanted. However it took a toll on their system and there is no backing out now. haahhaahhahaha
I would also think that ebay may have sat back and thought of the fact that "now were going to have a lot more fraud, bogus accounts and more problems to handle". This as a business owner would make me listen to my sellers, but it's far too late, ebay cut the bag and jumped inside it. It's only a matter of time before the auction giant lands in the swamp and floats down the river to it's final destination.
