yeah ive sold several items and its been hard to get feedback from the buyers most of the time. Its a real POTA.

Ebay is like Walmart, have you ever seen either of those corporations do anything right or do anything that makes sense?

Be careful what you ask for.
What if your buyers aren't happy , but they try to be patient with you by not leaving fb, rather than a Neg?

If they are REQUIRED to they'll see it as a chore and it'll backfire to you.

No news is better than good news.

By some ebay feedback cards from foxtrotgifts (or make them yourself) and stick one of these in with each package. You usually will see an increase in feedback being left with these notes.
