Automatic 5* P&P DSR
 

Ok, so i know that when you offer free postage then the buyer is 'forced' to give 5* for P&P charges, However if you offer an item with free p&p but with the option to pay extra for say 1st class will you still automatically get 5* if the personal chooses to pay extra? Hope I explained it well, Thanks

I haven't checked the updates,but my guess is you don't get the auto 5 star for free shipping if they pay for shipping.

The customer might be PO that they have to pay for 1st class and ding you to get even. The difference in shipping cost wouldn't be worth the risk. I think you can only ship about 1 pound max first class anyway,so it would be just better to include it for free and up the items price instead.

Of course if I'm wrong about the auto 5 star thingy, everything I just posted is moot.

how is the buyer "forced" to leave 5 stars??

i dont understand i thought the number of stars they choose is up to them and them alone?? how are they forced?

even if i offered free postage they could possibly not bother to fill the stars out then what would happen??

i seriously need some teaching in this DSR stuff.

Regarding your DSRs. Best to check your seller's dashboard every couple of days to make sure everything is OK.

I think it as checking the fuel gauge. YOU, the seller, needs to know how well your account is going. Dont allow yourself the danger of being attacked for poor performance.

I used to look at them after each feedback but noticed that they dont change until later that evening. I suspect that they do updates every day that updates all that info. I may be wrong but just from what I noticed that seems to be the case. Atleast lately that is.



As for people not knowing about the DSR auto 4 stars? you need to do much more research if you were not aware of that. Actually makes me think you have much much more to learn as well..
