Leaving -Feedback for buyer

How do you leave a neg feedback for a buyer who paid?
Lady is crazy, paid and left a neg feedback within 5 days followed by a pp reversal claim. Her pp claim I'm not worried about as I already have proof of shipment, but her fb is horrendous suggesting others be ware not to buy. Its a $9 dress for goodness sake hahaha and I've sold items worth hundreds of dollars all pos feedbacks.
Seems we can't leave -fb anymore as sellers?

hackteck 11-23-2011 07:17 PM

mark it as positive and say what you need to say lol

Nope, buyers on eb*y have the power of god on that website. Best you can do is leave neutral and caps all the negative things you have to say. I really, really hate buyers like this. Sometimes i wish they lived closer than me if you know what i mean

Ebay hasn't let sellers leave negative feedback for quite some time now. If the feedback is malicious and genuinely undeserved, you can always check if they sell items themselves and buy something from them...

Cashew 11-23-2011 11:57 PM

If the feedback is malicious, you could ask e bay to remove it. I haven't had any terrible fb's, (ya, i get a neg once in a while...who don't??) but i do see where e bay has removed other feedbacks for certain reasons.

You can always reply nicely to the bad feedback about what happen...no reason to get into a pissin match

You are NOT going to please everyone no matter what you do.

I don't worry to much about the moron's that leave bad fb. I think as long as you don't get to many, your safe.
I mean if you get 1 neg in a couple hundred, it won't hurt you any at all. Expect neutrals and negs to come. As long as you please 99% of your sales customers, your doing gr8 as far as e bay is concerned.

Ive seen top rated sellers have 20-30 negs a month and still have 4.9 and 5's for their dsr's. Of course they are selling 2-4 thosands items a month so a few negs don't hurt them at all.

I always have a few cheap hot items that i sell cheap to give the good feedback a boost. It helps a little bit with the overall fb when you run into a buyer that you just can't please even if you let them keep it and refunded their money, they still leave a neg. There are just plain and simple, mean, angry and rotten people out there.

Don't ever count out a competitor thats giving the neg fb's. Even if their account don't look like they would have anything to do with what you have for sale.

I've read and heard horror stories here and elsewhere about this. I don't think there is anything you can do about it. Someone who can have multiple buyer accounts can really mess up your good account in no time and you would never know who the primary account was. They just open a few more and go go go.

if they had anything for sale, i would not buy from them on the same account that they purchased from you. E bay don't like pissing matches and could just sh**can both of you to save a headache.

99% of the time, E bay won't touch the feedback unless it was malicios or a mistake.

good luck

oh, and Block them...

Pringles 11-24-2011 01:08 AM

you could also offer them a refund or something nicely and ask them to change their feedback

usually this isnt possible as the buyer is a crazy ****

rsot 11-24-2011 10:04 AM

Sadly, sellers cant leave negative feedback. Block the bidder pronto.

doughboykilla 11-24-2011 10:14 AM

What i did was when the buyer left some crazy feedback i found he to was a seller so i made a stealth account and bid and won his item then i left him a very nasty feedback :D then he contacted me after he figerd it out it was me and requested to remove feedbacks so he removed his first off my main and then i removed the one i left him it worked like a charm :)

ingle92protege 11-24-2011 10:50 AM

Doughboy is a man with a plan... That's awesome lol

rsot 11-24-2011 11:44 AM

@dbk, did you actually buy and receive the item that was being sold?

munrznnw 11-24-2011 11:55 AM

I guess it was either a virtual item or he left him a feedback with hints before he even shipped the item.

@OP
You can leave a neutral rep, and leave a revenge rant :)

elitepowersales 11-24-2011 11:58 AM

If they do not also sell off the account, there is not much you can do. If they sell, buy something and leave him neg. If not, about the only thing you can do is leave a negative-positive with unicode to warn others. something like

••►••►▓█████ NEGATIVE █████▓◄•• ◄•• BUYER REVERSED PAYMENT AND KEEP ITEM.

Make it stand out so if someone reads their feedback they will know they are trouble. Some don't like it and might try to work with you to change

ingle92protege 11-24-2011 12:18 PM

You can buy someones item without a paypal attached and still leave feedback... I doubt he sent him any money lol

NadiaLauren 11-30-2011 04:17 AM

there is no neutral feedback option? :S

GreenBean 11-30-2011 04:36 AM

Is it different for different countries possibly? If you sell something on US ebay.com, you definitely can only leave positive feedback or none at all.

newjerseymax 12-02-2011 10:50 PM

Sometimes its best to just let it go...

prosto_prelest 08-03-2012 11:33 AM

it sucks big time that you can't leave buyers -.
i had a buyer who bought an item and then wanted a refund, so i said ok just send it back. BAM! negative on ebay and case on paypal.....my guess is that he did not want to give back the item and keep the money also. so why is it that ebay does not let me negitive him.
i've actually dealt with quite a few of those....bugs me like hell, people like that.
