Feedback vs DSR
 

This is frustrating, after shaking my tin cup to improve my overall DSR I manage to received over 48 positive feedback but it did not help in act it made it worse!

This is my DSR right now

Item as described 4.79 0.94% (6)
Communication 4.90 0.63% (4)
Shipping time 4.87 0.63% (4)
Shipping and handling charges 4.95 0.16% (1)

I'm working hard to improve my "item as described" rating but so far it went from 85% to 96% overnight even though I had all positive feedback. What I'm thinking is that some S.O.B left me a positive feedback but somehow rated my poor on the DSR, WTF?!

Anyone else dealing with something similar?

The #s in ( ), are they the 1s and 2s?

Yep, that's the amount of 1&2s received in a 3 month period

your way of building feedback is no good. you need to be more precise with your descriptions/photos and you need to ship quicker. building feedback is important but it must be good feedback or you will just be wasting your time

give me a neg over a low (1-2) dsr anyday of the week :thumb:

dont you just need to sell more stuff?

100 sales to 1 bad DRS or something like that..
