Re: popular 1$ item to sell ?

If its a newish account then you can sell almost any cheap thing that isnt vero or risky. Many safe suggestions in this thread. If the account is aged it can look odd to suddenly begin selling very cheap items that are oddly at variance with what you normally sell. Unless you have a shop then you can simply open a new category.

If you normally sell car parts or collectibles relating to transport then stickers, programs and paper ephemera relating to cars and transport would be a logical cheap feedback builder and raise no eyebrows.:heh:

I sell antiques and something I have sold very successfully as a feedback builder is illustrations and ads from old magazines and books (ones that are already in a poor way then I can take them apart without guilt). Junk sales and fleamarkets are great for stacks of magazines.

hi guys,

if you can try and sell something that has no working parts the better. I did the 20p Chinese earphones for sale , breaking even , however i found that the customers thought the sound was cheap (i know) and sometimes the left or right earphone wouldn't work.

I ended up refunding probably 5% and then there were the ones that claimed they never arrived. Even got bad feedback etc. Its a double edge sword finding cheap products but earphones was a bad experience.

Go to flea markets and search for rubbish goodies. 100% good working strategy for me

Something you can stick into an envelope and just drop in the mail is great. Old photos and postcards are always a good seller. They can be mailed for very little and you can often pick up a large mixed batch for very little at fleamarkets or even on EB! I have used these items very successfully in the past when I wanted to build fb on a new iD. Another idea is old magazines to cut up and sell the ads but thats more work.
