Too many negative feedback!
 

Hi,
It has been a very bad month for my ebay.
Too many negetive feedback. about 12 this month! :(
Just wondering do ebay look at these neg feedback, is there a policy of suspending seller due to too many negative feedbacks?

Yes and yes .
12 in a month is pretty poor .
Unless you have 1000 positves in the same month i expect they will look into it.

eB does look at those, but not as a number per say but as a ratio of your negs to your positives. How is your ratio?

This a low ratio, expect eB to look into your account if things won't change soon.

Its not just negs they look at .
They also consider neutrals also .
So 22 Non positives from 600 approx sales will probably not kill things but theres certainly a lot of room for improvement .
Is there a pattern visable from the non positive feedback so you know where to improve ?

May i ask why you only waited until now to do something about it?

Definitely can suspend and ban. No two ways about it - improve it right away or make other accounts.

Are you addressing the causes of this MASSIVE problem?

You need to get your act together soon to start improving the status of your account.

Change supplier of your items
Despatch quicker.
Step up and control the account better.

Start being a lot more proactive to improve your rating. ebay do suspend.
