Forget what you heard..YOU ARE ALWAYS WRONG!
I have one situation on an account with about 135 feedback where one buyer bought three items off of me. Of the three he stated that one of the three was damaged during shipment. I asked him to return the item and I will send a new item and pay for all shipping costs. In response he denied my request and insisted that I give a 100% refund on all items. At first I said I can't do that, so he left one negative feedback. He demanded a full refund again, I said no, he left a 2nd negative feedback. So then I just ignored him forgetting he still can leave one more negative feedback. Guess what he did..yep u knew it he left a negative feedback. Now it confused me because this person had well over 500 positive feedback and seemed like a good guy (based off of his feedback score) but boy was I wrong smh. So I told ebay about this and they did what they do best..ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Yesterday morning after about two weeks for I forgot about it all got an email from a guy stating the same user gave him about 10 negative feedback and ebay will not do a thing about it. They claim we need to get a few sellers to petition him, as if its easy for us to track what items he is selling. So yesterday I finally gave him the cash he asked and now just waiting for him to do the feedback removal himself. Its either that or have my funds pending (which they did due to lack of performance) and selling limitations. Moral of the story..the buyer is always right for the big guy (ebay) will never be on our side..sigh
