trying to build seller feedback

Any ideas or suggestions for low cost used items i can buy in lots that sell good on ebay, I want items that sell for a buck or two not looking for profits just building seller feedback. I tried garage sale stuff and it was too much miss not hit as far as selling. I need something that sells. Any ideas would be great!

Garage sale item sell very well if you buy the right item. Research it before you buy it etc.

I build many accounts with garage sale, box lot like items and have for years.

Tons of goodies at garage sales that sell in the 90-95% sell through rate.

OP- Dollar stores are great for low end feedback builders with high sell through.

Have a look on EB at wholesale lots. Can get some very cheap items that sell well that way.

Be careful of checking the quality of the used items, and reflect that in the listing.

Make sure you carefully define the item including photos AND have a specific refund policy.

Start any hand crafting now for future accounts. That takes time to do. Better to go for the already made gear

Just use your imagination, small items you can stick a stamp on when posting... This way its not a hassle.

Most common items are available in bulk via google and you wont have to lay out much cash to get them... Use free shipping too, get yourself lots of star ratings... I attempted this to get my star ratings up just before I got suspended for slow shipping, but I was too late :(

Most cheap tems that sell have A LOT of competitors. As a result, your sales won't move as fast as you need them to.

Also research the items you buy, as an example dont buy 1000 gold plated rings that no one will buy

I once found a good one was charity wrist bands... Really easy to post, and at the time everyone wanted them... I know it sounds harsh, but when a tragedy happens and wrist bands go on sale to raise funds for the tragedy... Buy them in bulk and give the profit to the charity via ebay... It would promote the item and buyers will buy.... Im just not sure if thats a good idea for stealth accounts, so I wouldnt recommend it.

But feedback builders arent looking for profit... Just feedback. So they can offer lower prices. Plus stealthers dont want to sell 100's of cheap items per week, as it would raise red flags with ebay... So something thats slow but steady, is hassle free and costs next to nothing is ideal... Especially if you have 5 stealth accounts!

If your new to stealth though dont list new items with buy it nows... Using another account buy some job lots, such as games consoles with games and sell them as though your just selling your own items.

Honestly unless you plan on throwing a EIN on to your paypal, they perma limit you at or around 200 transactions. So you better make those 200 worth it. I just buy 99 cent items. I didn't realize how anal paypal was on the 200 transactions front until i started blowing out ebooks with the (shipping disclaimer so ebay won't remove it) and after i sold about 100-150 and things looked good...

Paypal sends me the provide tax id email. Well now 3 months later i have about 5 accounts who already got that email 2x now, and the 3rd time is the soft limit where it requires the ein, which i have a temp workaround for but i have no idea how long it'll last or what will happen later on. ANYWAY, my point is..Build your feedback with the items you sell for profit.

If you think you can spam vero dre beats on a 45 item buying account, don't be dumb. I used dre beat as an example, because it's a shoddy product that every noob who thinks they can make a quick buck tries to buy and flip. Pre order ps4's now or something, you can Craigslist flip those for 500 come day after release.

Not 100% true. Have multiple stealth accounts I sold well over 200 items on last year. Remember it is 200 transactions and $20k. Both. They look more at sales $$$ than anything. I get hit with those Tax ID requests every year. If you keep a log of how much you are selling each month on each account and make sure you average it out you won't go over about the 17-18k mark you should be fine. It is not an exact science.

But I can tell you if you sell 3K a month for the first 4 months of the year you will limited from receiving money and closing your account due to the Tax ID issue. That is why it is so important to have multiple stealth accounts and have a spreadsheet were you are constantly updating your monthly sales. If you are moving to much on one account then start using another slower one to list on instead.

Also I am not giving advice on how to avoid or dodge taxes. I am solely giving advice on how to maximize your sales on your stealth accounts without having the 1099K law close down your PayPal account. By law you are suppose to report all income you earn.
