Default Unfair feedback received + Report?

Hello guys, I have received a negative feedback way too early even before reaching the estimated date, saying item not received. As usual emailed buyer trying to sort things out.

However few days later when I tracked the item it says "Delivered". I tried to reasons with the buyer requesting for feedback revision but the buyer refused and still insist didn't get it. This buyer has the tendency of leaving nasty feedback to other sellers like 70%+ are negative

So my question is if I report this buyer to eBay is the possibility of getting this negative feedback removed high? Thank you.

You need to first weigh the risk of calling eBay...which always draws attention to your stealth account. The point of having a stealth account is to stay under the radar. You don't have the luxury of operating like a normal user.

With that said, you can also use the Report a Buyer feature. I don't know of the success rate of this, but its worth a shot.

Probably won't be removed.

But if enough sellers report a single buyer now, they lose their accounts and then possibly the feedback may be removed.

Maybe if you get the other sellers to report him, you will have increased luck but there is no guarantee with eB - scumbags like this buyer do survive

Not everyone checks the feedback of the buyer....smart to do so but...not always done

If I use the Report Buyer Feature no call involves right? I dont want eBay calling me or require me to call them. If all can be done through that "feature" then I will give it a shot~ Anyone tried before?

No calls involved - you will see the option when you go to leave feedback for the buyer - report him/her and move on

I receive too a REALLY unfair feedback. and don t know what to do ..

I try to sold on ebay motor... The buyer win the bid, his communication was BAD
He want i deliver him... (350km of me ! )

I said: "appologize, but impossible for me"

========>>> I receive a NEG ...

As i don't "refuse" to "deivery" him !!! :(

I take the risk to write to ebay face these unfair situation. As a Valued seller, i clamed my good attitude and would absolutely or solve the problem or revise these évaluation.

Few time after that, i receive a mail: my buyer repport me to the security center and my account can be revised . (lol ) ... :( Great !

... I receive a mail of confirmation : we will respond you asap, Regards, ebay team...

My negative feedback is still there, i PAY the fee on this item, th dispute was closed.

1. I lunch dispute to try cancel the transaction ( buyer ask)
2.Buyer REFUSE cancelation few days after
3.I open a case for NON payement
4.Dispute was ... CLOSED ?

....And what ?

Could some one advise me please?

For an item valued over $100 I have all the time in the world.

I just took a risk and called in only because on this account that is a powerseller with 203 positives nothing else was already verified with receipts couple months ago and the fact that the account that gave me the negative next to it said Russian federation and the address was a uncertified US drove me crazy.

I specifically sell in the US only because on my first account real one was scammed to no end. 40% of my buyers were from Russian Fed and out bidding everyone than a month later when I was suspended realized why they were out bidding because they all opened cases did not receive.

Anyway the Rep took the neg off immediately , normally if a problem arises I hit the report button and a lot of times am contacted by a previous seller who received a neg to report but doing that takes couple months for progress if any
