I receive too a REALLY unfair feedback. and don t know what to do ..
I try to sold on ebay motor... The buyer win the bid, his communication was BAD
He want i deliver him... (350km of me ! )
I said: "appologize, but impossible for me"
========>>> I receive a NEG ...
As i don't "refuse" to "deivery" him !!! :(
I take the risk to write to ebay face these unfair situation. As a Valued seller, i clamed my good attitude and would absolutely or solve the problem or revise these évaluation.
Few time after that, i receive a mail: my buyer repport me to the security center and my account can be revised . (lol ) ... :( Great !
... I receive a mail of confirmation : we will respond you asap, Regards, ebay team...
My negative feedback is still there, i PAY the fee on this item, th dispute was closed.
1. I lunch dispute to try cancel the transaction ( buyer ask)
2.Buyer REFUSE cancelation few days after
3.I open a case for NON payement
4.Dispute was ... CLOSED ?
....And what ?
Could some one advise me please?
