Fix DSR issues, ask buyers to leave you 5 star ratings, be ready to refund if there are any problems.

I got one account back to normal standard by fixing my shipping time issue for example and refunding buyers.

Hard but doable.

Try and make listings with free shipping and at least one category will be covered by perfect DSR rating and fix the other areas

To fix DSR sell items with free shipping, fastest postal service you can, make sure you have good descriptions and good pictures. If there is ever any issue, be ready to refund.

You need to keep your customers SATISFIED - no returns/claims, good description, fast shipping, positive feedbacks, GOOD PRODUCT (KEY!)

It will take some time but you need to start communicating, shipping fast, accurate pictures and descriptions etc.

Some ding you very low on purpose. Making sure the balance of buyers leave you all 5 stars by telling them I am leaving you feedback will you please do the same when you get time and leave 5 star ratings.
