What are some things to say in email when you are asking for positive feedback, with out begging.

I thought I remembered someone posting some sample emails around here, but I wasn't able to find them when I searched.

# We strive to provide you with 5 STAR service! Star Star Star Star Star (this is html of 5 stats)
# Our reputation and feedback is important to us!
# If our performance has not been worthy of five stars, please let us know how we can improve!
# It is our pleasure to provide you with positive feedback today and we hope you will do the same for us!

I like to include this.

heres one i use for Amazon Buyers:although there are no DSR's)-- I Always get 5 stars from buyers, not even a 4..
