Hello:
The safest way--
Buy items you can use at your house.
Or, smaller items you can resell,
Or, bubble wrap, shipping supplies
The old days-we were able to buy the 99 cent downloads. now they screen for this and suspend very regularly

You can still find cheap non digital delivery items, I look for stuff like trading cards, stamps, keyrings etc, all physical items that need to be sent by mail, even though I never receive them, some lucky guy/gal must think it's their lucky day.

Thank you for providing a solution. I have added 4 items on ebay, could this will be OK. I am selling software at the cost of $15,20 and 30. I actually want to add some more software upto 6-7 items. Can i do this on one time or wait few days to start burning on ebay.

Software is not good idea to sell. Will cause account to come under scrutiny. A lot of software is counterfeit. OEM causes troubles and sellers licensed to sell authentic gear have had problems.. Bad move.

I definitely agree with the shipping supplies.

As a note, do not buy from Ebay seller "onsvc" if you want to build feedback. I bought an item, paid for it, and left positive feedback for them. I was then informed they could not leave me positive feedback because I did not rate 5 of 5 stars in each of the DSRs. (Hell, I did not even bother in even marking the DSRs since they are suppose to be optional.)

This was a new one to me. I had never seen a seller refuse to give a buyer feedback who promptly paid, and left glowing feedback.

My only point is for you to learn from my mistakes. Not all sellers will reciprocate with positive feedback. Likewise, if you buy something, make damn sure you want it or need it. Not all paid for transactions, will result in positive feedback....

Interesting that he knew you left him less than 5 stars when that is not transparent... Did you tell him?

Default The 5 feedback rule??

Back to the original question for this thread, I just listed an item on a brand new eBay account and I have Zero feedback. I have never heard of a rule that you have to have 5 feedbacks to Sell on eBay. Am I just lucky or does it really exist.

I am confused about the requirement for BIN items since I knew a seller named "ffgroup-uk", who start multiple BIN items when his feedback is 0.

As you can check his profile, his first feedback is on Oct 13th, 2008. But he started to sell multiple BIN items (item number is 170270724806) on Oct 5th, 2008. Anyone know why? Any secrets?

Maybe made a deal with eBay? Dont see how else he could circumvent their rules and regulations

It's just like buy.com who probably gets free listing but has to pay minimal amounts of FVF to eBay...It's mad bull****

Since you have not filled out your location in your "User CP" I have no idea where you are located.

It is a 10 feedback rule for BIN items that do NOT take Paypal.
Those are the BIN listing requirements of accounts based in the USA.
Accounts that are based in other parts of the world follow their own country rules.

The seller you were asking about was based out of the UK.
Item # 170270724806
I do not know what the BIN requirements are for the UK.

You can list an item with the BIN option either with 10 feedbacks, be ID verified or have 5 feedbacks and accept paypal as option.

just type in like "feedback" or "ebook" and you'll find $1.00 items that you can buy
just make sure that it doesnt say in the auction that t will be delivered by email. the seller might imply it but you can kind of tell which ones are for building feedback and which arent

tbh, recommending buying ebooks or similar low-priced items is a stupid idea.
The forum has many users that have had their accounts suspended for Feedback manipulation.
Not recommended.
