eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Idiot buyer leaving neg feedback

Another crazy thing is to get Negative before estimated delivery time.
I know we are protected from getting disputes, but common.
delivery time stated 6-10 days ( overseas delivery)
Got Negative at day 3...
And what most annoys buyer is seller himself !
Common it doesnt harm to sent an email if you forgot to buy glasses.
