 Seems like older ebay accounts you can pay ebay fees with paypal with no linking
I have an older account which is pre 11/07, I log into paypal and pay the fees. Im testing to see what works. I have the Stealth Book .
Made a new ebay account and tried the same thing and they only nru the new account.
Not saying it works but it seems like new accounts that are under 30 days can no longer use an old paypal to pay fees. This is just an experience I had that I wanted to share. Im not the expert here...........

Best money ever spent, I would advise any newbies that want to save time and buy the book you will not be let down.......................
