Default Non payment of EBAY fees affect credit? Huge Tab! LEGAL ACTION?

I let a person who owns a company use my ebay account. They opened a Second ebay account in my named and then racked a huge bill on both! About 45K in fees. I have credit collectors and ebay blowin up my phone. Any advice would be great. I had planned on filling a suit against this person but looking for advice.

OP should have a name change. 'Oh C**p' sounds better. No sane person does business like that. Legal advise needed not the forum.

Tell them you can't afford to pay the fees. Then you'll get a nice email back, saying all associated fees have been waived.

I do this when I owe people money, it works really well.

^^^Not up to us to give the legal advise you need. But by allowing the use of your account in the first place, you created the monster. Please get professional help to deal with this.
