Clarification on eBay Seller 'Penalty' Fees

Hello,

eBay charges an additional fee of 5% for falling below standard or for having Very High NAD returns.

The additional fee applies to sales made after you have fallen below standard.

But for high NAD, is the fee retroactive to the prior month(s) sales?

I usually do not fall into this category. But if I want to mitigate the risk of paying this additional fee, is it possible to rotate the account to avoid the fees altogether?

it is for every sale you made in the future with that eBAY account,14% for substandard performance.
You can avoid this by listing under a different seller ID,

Okay, I thought it was 14% too but it looks like it was recently bumped up to 15%

just be careful,if one is suspended,it will bring down the others.
