Hi , I paid my ebay bill last night (it was $750) with my paypal account (bank trasfer) and after 3 hours i got Restricted Account Non-Performance policy email .

they emailed : we are removing your ability to sell on this account indefinitely.

Your best bet is to block the funds transfer with your bank, if it has not yet been processed or at least dispute it there. I'm afraid I don't know the timescales involved with Canadian banks.

If your Ebay/Paypal account has your real details they will chase you for it and you will lose your PayPal account 2.... but it would be useless for Ebay now anyway.

With most US banks you have 24-48 hours to dispute and ACH withdrawal. If you do (did) that, then you'll get the money back most assuredly.
