Now, I use one wifi router, which only offers 1 ip address,though I can change it from time to time.
Is there any easy way to do ip changing thing? Or just use a new ip every time I do a new account by resetting ip manually? It is easy to link them together.
Also, creating 6 or 10 bank accounts at one setting is painful. Quote:

People do pay the fees when the account is still good but if its limited or suspended then consider it gone. Thats why we use Stealth accounts. Use them for what they are good for which is making money. Once its no good just move onto the next account. It's always smart to have several accounts that way if one goes down you already have accounts set up and there is no disruption in your selling on Ebay.
Ebay can not track you down to the physical street address based on your IP address nor would they try to based on $100. Your internet service provider can not give out your information without a subpoena from a court
