I wouldn't pay. In the past, I have accounts blocked on my stealth account and I just let me go and not pay anything.

I just open a new one...

can ebay still know your REAL info from internet ip (paid internet company has your info), paypal(a valid bank account to withdraw $$) , paymate once linked, all any info Ebay can get to collect the fee. ?

No they can't get your real info. Since it's a stealh account I assume that the Paypal account is also stealth. Think about it. Paypal doesn't know that the bank account is really in your name so how is Ebay going to figure it out.

I thought the only think they may get info from are IP address (someone said only the policy can get that) and the paypal bank account withdrawing money(paypal only sees account number; not name or SSN).

People do pay the fees when the account is still good but if its limited or suspended then consider it gone. Thats why we use Stealth accounts. Use them for what they are good for which is making money. Once its no good just move onto the next account. It's always smart to have several accounts that way if one goes down you already have accounts set up and there is no disruption in your selling on Ebay.
Ebay can not track you down to the physical street address based on your IP address nor would they try to based on $100. Your internet service provider can not give out your information without a subpoena from a court

Now, I use one wifi router, which only offers 1 ip address,though I can change it from time to time.

Is there any easy way to do ip changing thing? Or just use a new ip every time I do a new account by resetting ip manually? It is easy to link them together.

Also, creating 6 or 10 bank accounts at one setting is painful.

If I am suspended for a trivial reason (well I reason I consider trivial) I consider any outstanding fees to be a small severance package.

After all the silly suspensions for dedicated sellers cause a great deal of disruption.
