Default Paying ebay fees etc

Okay so I set up a ebay and paypal account via stealth, linked my bank to my paypal.

Now I need a gift card of some sort for paypal to be "safer"?

Then I buy a re-loadable card to pay for my ebay fees?

Is that correct? Problem is, I don't know which cards I need to buy for the paypal and the ones for ebay. I don't know which I can buy that's re-loadable and I can input my ebay info into the card.

Please help, I have read the book.

Gift card can be Vanilla Visa or bank-issued gift credit card.

You can use a reloadable gift card to pay eb ay fees OR just use the same cards I mentioned above.

Which reloadable gift cards can I use to input "my ebay" contact info? I remember last year I was given a american express gift card for x-mas and to use it I had to give my personal info, ssn, etc and I said no I wouldn't and got a refund on the card, I didn't understand why they needed that info (even though they gave me the reason why I thought it was stupid).

Does a walmart re-loadable card let me input any contact info I want, or do I need to enter my ssn for those too? From my reading, those seem to be the cheapest.

As far as the vanilla card, is there some amount I need more then just the $1.95 paypal will charge? I've read some have issues and the responses where to buy one with more money, which didn't make much sense.

Well where are you finding these cards? I'm having a hard time finding which ones I can use my ebay info and not give a ssn. This is my last step, I need to figure out which reload card is usable.
