I have been with ebay for years...top rated...power seller...100% feedback. Now I get the BOOT because I was overcharged back in August for listing fees.
I have talked to "Customer Service"????? """""from out of country"""""(great service guys-NOT)...they should be called customer bullying service...trying to resolve issue with fees. I have been on the phone 4 to 5 times a week...each one has a different approach on resolving it but they all have the same outcome --no correction on bill.
my bill has been sent for review at least 3 times a week..with a promise of you will receive a email within a day or two or a phone call....or better yet they say I am going to credit you blah blah blah $$$'s and never do.
.now I have been suspended since November and lost ALL holiday sales. I was willing to pay bill for what I owed but not what I was overcharged. .would you buy a $5 item for $50???? .they wanted me to pay all of the overcharged fees to bring my account current.....
