Default HOW do I just pay my fees? (Insufficient funds)

Since this was a brand new Stealth account (eBay & PayPal) I start off with $0 in my account and when I get money from sales, it's all held for 21 days.

So when it was time to pay my fees, the full amount wasn't fully available yet and they tried taking it from my VBA. They tried twice to take it from my bank account and on the second try, I got an e-mail saying the transaction has been canceled since it got declined due to insufficient funds in the VBA.

I tried changing the funding source to my PayPal balance after their first try, since I had more than enough in there to cover the fees. But that didn't do anything since they tried a 2nd time to take it from my VBA.

How do I pay my fees from last month? ($26) I don't see any way to let me pay them!

I tried to manually pay them but it only allowed me to pay this month's fees ($2).

I'd like to just pay out my PayPal balance.

I don't really want to go buy a pre-paid credit card from the store and have to use it.

And should I call eBay or PayPal about it? Not sure which one would be able to help the most.

Ah, so this is why you were having a moan & being rude in another thread.

Needing an instant reply to a thread less than 8 hours old.

Poor form, very poor.

I still don't understand the point of the 'Hello' threads but it wasn't meant to be rude when I asked about them

The point is that aspkin made the choice of having them.

End of story.

You distracted me.

How many times has paypal tried to pull the funds from the VBA? Did you say 3?

They tried twice.

After the 2nd time (today) I got this e-mail from PayPal:

Quote:
You recently tried to transfer funds from your __ bank account.

This is the second time that ____ bank has declined your funds transfer, so this transaction has been canceled.

Because ____ bank declined your transfer, this transaction has been canceled.
I never tried to transfer funds btw. It was PayPal doing so in order to pay the eBay fees.

I'm thinking about calling in but I don't know if I should call PayPal or eBay about it.

Ok so I just checked on eBay and it currently says this for my fees:

Your account balance is: C $ -0.00 as of 09-Nov-12 15:11:22 EST.

It looks like I somehow just avoided the $26 in fees but I do not want this. I don't want it to come back & somehow hurt me in the end and get in trouble for not paying fees. I check my PayPal transactions and under the 'Payment Status' for my $26 in fees, it says 'Canceled'.

I'm so confused and don't know what to do!

Do you think if I call PayPal and tell them something like this, it will solve things? "Hey my $26 in fees to eBay for some reason is not going through and the transaction got canceled. I have no idea why but can I just get this over with & pay through my available balance ?"

Dont know why you can just shell out for prepaid card but ok....could make a stealth pp and do a one time transfer from a real source.

For calling pp...I guess it depends on the account and activity. I personally dont like dealing a lot with those kids but you could ask to make the balance available then.
