In Bill point case, once it is implemented ,the customer service clerks are the ones left to deal with customers, etc.
A buyer from ALBANIA used stolen cc and bought many designer gowns from several shops, the loss was in 4-5 figures for these sellers, one shop lost $80K plus and got wiped out !
(even AMZN was scammed,it later refused to sell to anyone from Thailand using Thai credit card)
On Yahoo shopping,it was Indonesian orders,Indonesians claiming they are in Singapore and asked you to ship Express,it turned out that Singapore post office when they cant find the address in Singapore, but they notice the country code of ID,they forward to Indonesia.
That was the early days of ecommerce,I am sure there are better fraud prevention tools now. |

like Paypal said behind every business, there must be a person (s),so what is your SSN,whether it is one person or with directors, the one who is running the show must have SSN.
If you open a foreign account claiming you are in EU,Singapore,Canada, you wll show local IDs ,passport, driver license whatever it takes to verify you and your residence.
These corporations have more resources than us,enjoy your stealth account and rude manners while you still can |

Why are you wasting hours a day here? I don't get it. You aren't keeping your stealth methods up to date. You aren't learning from the experience of other users here. You run a single eBay account. Seriously, how did you find your way here and why in the world have you stayed?
I'll chat with ya and exchange ideas just like any other name on the screen.. but what are you doing? |

It's not the ideal setup as far as tax rates are concerned, but theoretically it would allow you to have 20 managed payments eBay accounts with their own EIN's and all the profits being reported on your personal tax return.
That's the way I've always done it with Paypal. I have 3 Paypals with single member LLC EINs + 1 account that's now in managed payments. (I haven't got a 1099k from eBay yet but I used a merchant account on that eBay for years and got several from TSYS, my former processor for that account). At tax time I add up the totals from all 3 Paypal 1099's + the merchant account 1099, then deduct all my expenses from that and take it to the tax guy. All 4 1099's have different EIN's but since they're all single member LLCs, all the income is passed to my personal taxes anyway on a Schedule C.
I'm not an accountant and by no means should you use my advice to make decisions, but I hope this helps a little. :) |

You can have LLCs pass through to one corporation. Think of all the Hedge Fund and Publicly traded companies and all the brands they own. Now, it may or many not be in your best interest but worth talking about. |
