Forced to join manage payment ? Anyone ?

I got this message from eBay in the listing tool I use ourside of eBay

"Effective October 24, 2019, you can no longer create new listings. Based on our review of your account, the features and tools that you use on eBay are fully compatible with managed payments. Please sign up to continue listing on eBay"

Does this mean my stealth account is toasted ?

Any one see this before ?

I have read some stuff from a few other people that say they were forced. I think everyone is going to have to get it in 2020. I will be sooo much happier with all of my accounts oni t. Paypal is such a pain in the butt.
