What about the new standard of verification involved two deposits and a withdrawal for the total amount? The withdrawal will show the bank holders name. Whether or not they do anything is up to them. PP hasnt yet since their inception.

Did you have to change or provide any other info after they said that there was an issue?

The withdrawal would show the name in all likelihood unfortunately - due to the e-receipt generated
